Kompakt's Best Of 2011

As the seemingly fateful year 2012 draws nearer at quite a brisk pace, everything human falls prey to the usual list craze, evaluating what has gone before and containing what might happen next. It's a conditio humana thing... who are we to resist? So it is with great joy that our staff presents the best releases Kompakt.FM had to offer in 2011, carefully balancing out official sales and personal preferences, label politics and idealistic idiosyncracies.
