Buenos Aires has a wealth of talent and this producer is definitely leading the pack.  Since his first release in 1996, Leandro Fresco has walked the fine line of experimentation and dancefloor techno-bliss with contributions to a number of labels including Traum, Kompakt and his current home, Casa Del Puente. His one 12" single for Kompakt, "Amor Internacional" is regarded by Michael Mayer Kompakt as one of the best releases on the label.
