(en) Boxer starts the new year with the artist duo Luca Morris & Paul C. We happened to meet thanks to Mauro Alpha who convinced us to have his track (see Boxer 39) remixed by those two guys. The result was a really smart minimal track that was considered the highlight of this release. Really hot and appreciated in Italy for their numerous records, it is now high time for Luca & Paul to conquer the German market. The title does not want to polish the apple, it's rather meant to be an omen for the the EM 2008. Well, soccer here, Germany there - Luca Morris & Paul C. are two internationally appreciated artists that can be compared to Sweet'n Candy, Jacek Scienkewicz or Alex Smoke. And soon, they will have even more fans...

(de) Das neue Jahr beginnt bei Boxer mit einem neuen Artistpärchen, auf das wir durch Zufall gestossen sind. Mauro Alpha (Boxer 39) überredete uns seinerzeit, seinen Track von den beiden remixen zu lassen. Gesagt, getan - kam ein amtlich smarter Minimaltrack zurück, den die meisten als Highlight der Platte betrachteten. In Italien sind die beiden schon weit über den Insiderstatus hinaus und haben als Luca Morris & Paul C schon etliche Platten veröffentlicht. Jetzt geht's auf den deutschen Markt, und man möchte beim Titel meinen, dass das ja schon schleimige Anbiederei ist. Nun, wir glauben eher, dass das mit einer Vorahnung zur EM 2008 zu tun hat. Fussball hin, Deutschland her - Luca & Paul spielen international und können sich jederzeit mit einem Sweet'n Candy, Jacek Scienkewicz oder Alex Smoke messen und dürften in kürze einige Mitglieder mehr im Fanclub haben.
