(en) Eyerer & Atto is a project of the famous DJ and producer Martin Eyerer who has released on MBF before and the popular K2 artist Gui Boratto from Brazil. Their Track "Supersnack" is a heavy baseline driven track, that creates a big bass shower. On top it provides you with funky percussion programming that keeps the nervous energy flowing. In contrary to many laptop tracks this track really let´s the bass "talk" to you. A real monster of a tune. The jazzy chords which are popping up are quite unique, unexpected and very freaky, making "Supersnack" a late night freak out track. The b side holds two remixes one by the German producer Zigon and the other by Trapez core artist Oliver Hacke. Zigon has produced a strong funky track, less mighty in sound than the original, but super cool and grooving in a very slick way. For all of you that like reduced minimal tracks. The b2 remix states the return of Oliver Hacke. A very cool mix which reminds us of his great releases on Trapez with a touch of his all-time classic masterpiece "Polar". Let the bass kick!

(de) Eyerer & Atto ist ein Projekt des bekannten DJ und Produzenten Martin Eyerer der schon zusammen mit Oliver Klein eine hervorragende 12" auf MBF produziert hat und Gui Boratto aus Brasilien der ebenfalls sehr erfolgreich solo Platten auf K2 veröffentlicht. Das Duo hat mit "Supersnack" eine wahre "Bassorgie" abgeliefert, frei nach dem Motto: "eine fette Bassline fehlt der Techno Szene noch". Das Stück mag sich damit aber nicht zufrieden geben, sondern wirft ungewöhnliche jazzige Akkorde in das Minimal Gerüst und paart sie mit funkigen perkussiven Beats die den Rhythmus ständig mit Signalen versorgen. Auf der B Seite sind zwei Remixe von "Supersnack" zu finden einer von dem Deutschen Produzenten Zigon und der andere von dem Trapez Kernkünstler Oliver Hacke. Zigon hat einen minimalen, technoiden, sehr reduzierten aber dennoch emotional Mix produziert. Ein Stück für alle die gerne modern und elegant rocken. Ganz anders der B2 Mix von Oliver Hacke. Er rockt die Samples über druckvolle Kicks und schleichende Melodien, die an seine einmalige "Polar" 12" und an seine Trapez LP erinnern. Let the bass kick!
