(en) Terry-Ann Frencken aka TER and Marco Palmieri, aka Tuscania form the duo UND. They are based in Turin (Italy), having their studio 2020k and BORDELLO club there. But as the duo love to travel they have been living in Zurich in a flat above the club "Dachkantine" for the last couple of months. They are sure that they could also have made good chefs, as their passion for cooking and making music is equally strong. They love to produce something different in the kitchen and the studio every day. Therefore it is no surprise that their third Ep on Trapez ltd "Rodeo" reveals a different colourful facet of the duo again! The a1 Track "Fox in The Box" is a baseline driven cool techno house monster with strong vocals from Terry-Ann Frencken. With its Prince like coolness, the track is already a favourite of Ricardo Villalobos, The a 2 track is the title track "Rodeo" which emphasises on the Horse theme which UND also used on their EP "Coccopuffs" and on their "Racehorse" tune which was featured on the Trapez mix CD Selection 3. On the b side we have a spaced out remix by the Swiss artist "Crowdpleaser". It fuses a minimal groove with his own personal soundtrack of a Rodeo! Yes,.and last but not least...... UND are and a will be: CHAOTIC, They make people smile when they dance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(de) Das Duo Dirt Crew feiern ihr Comeback auf My Best Friend nach einer langen Pause in der sie ihr eigenes Label (Dirt Crew Recordings) gegründet haben, grandiose Remixe (von 22 Crew & Jennifer Cardini's "Egal" und Sasse's "Soul Sounds) produziert haben und exzessive live gespielt haben (zurzeit touren sie durch Kanada). Nachdem My Best Friend das Label war welches das Dirt Crew Projekt ins Leben gerufen hat sehen wir jetzt mit "Silver" eine starke Entwicklung von der originalen Chicago House Idee, die auf der "Rok da House" (MBF 12005 & 12006) zu finden ist, hin zu Disco. Die Entwicklung bei "Lost" hingegen geht in die dunkele Tech House Richtung. Mit "Silver" haben Felix Eder aka James Flavour und Peter Gijselaers aka Break 3000 einen mächtigen House Track, mit kräftigen "Dirt" Einfluss produziert. Er ist hypnotisch, deep und cool ... dieses fabelhafte Stück scheint mit jeder neuen Rille zu wachsen. Ständig werden neue Elemente eingeführt, die eine stabilen Aufbau und eine verrückte Energie auf dem Dancefloor erzeugen. "Lost" auf der Rückseite arbeitet mit einer 80´er Bassline, die einen durch das Stück trägt und atmosphärische Sound auf die Oberfläche befördert. Eine wahre After hour Perle!
