(en) The second new release on Soap Records was written by the duo Alex Flatner & Crazy Erg, who produced two different pieces for Soap. The Munichian Alex Flatner was at the beginning of the null years successful and involved with the project Flatner & Ingram, among others with releases to Black Nation and Paraso. He just recently appeared solo and successful on the label Circle Music. Crazy Erg is primarily known as DJ Urgestein from the Rhein Neckar area. However, he already published his production skills down to a considerable list of smaller labels. On side A with Oriental Dreams, the two routiniers publicize techno in an exceedingly charming way. The bass line marches straight but does not hit the twelve, the melodies are distinctive but not in a weepy trance. Doubtless a piece made for peak time. In contrary, Shisha Deluxe bases on a groove, carried light-footed by the bass line and the drums. A charming techno house, applicable universally.
