Chorizo is a spicy, coarsely ground pork sausage flavored with garlic, chilly powder and other spices. It is widely used in both Portuguese and Spanish cookery. Welcome to Martin Eyerer's little cooking studio! Today's guest is Cocoon resident DJ Toni Rios and here comes his recipe: Chorizo à la Eyerer & Rios You need: 4/4 Kick 75g Bass (distorted and chopped) 25g Snare 10g Synth (with a harmonic aftertaste and sweetened with 5g Highhat) 200g Beat 100g Funk Served with a nice pint of beer in a snug ambience. For dessert, we'll have freshly made coffee from the highlands of Nicaragua. Viva la Liberación! And all rounded off with a finest Cohiba and a Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish Whisky. Bon Appétit!
