Ostwind Records was founded 2003 by six sympatric North German Youngsters, who got the urge to share with other people their conceivabilities of electronic music. The first release was partly produced by the label owners. It was possible to win over regional and national as well as talented and dedicated artists for subsequent projects. Meanwhile more than 10 famous performer and DJs produce for Ostwind Records and the increase of rising artists doesn’t stop. In the curse of time were in addition to the Standard Serial, caused by classification reasons of individually musical styles and media and also by the growth of the Ostwind family the Ostwind Limited and the Ostwind Digi Serial as separate styles developed. Ostwind Records does not reinvent the musical wheel, but combines known genres like Minimal, Detroit House and Techno unique to a distinctive own label sound.
