Foundsound Records is a Philadelphia-based label (with additional offices in Marseille and Berlin) showcasing quirky, dancefloor-friendly techno and house constructed from fragmented samples, organic elements, and random field recordings. Label owners include Sean O'Neal (a.k.a. Someone Else), Kate Iwanowicz (a.k.a. Miskate), and Sylvain Takerkart (a.k.a. Fusiphorm), along with additional label assistance from Rich Henning (a.k.a. Diss0nance), Mauricio Barembuem (a.k.a. Barem), and Ben Parris. Foundsound artists include Someone Else, Miskate, Fusiphorm, Barem, Ben Parris, Mark-Henning, Ultrakurt, and Easy Changes.
