Last Friday, April 3rd 2009, Qwartz awards took place in Paris, France. As reported earlier on the blog Kompakt has been nominated in several categories. Find out about the awards we won and check out some pictures - after the jump…

It has been a warm, sunny day in Cologne when Kompakt mastermind Wolfgang Voigt left our headquarters to attend Qwartz awards in Paris. A couple of hours later he was awarded with the Qwartz d'Honneur and Kompakt won the price for being the best label.

We would like to thank everybody involved for this great honor, especially all the fans, the jury and the people being involved in Qwartz Electronic Music Awards. Thank you!
