News: Kompakt Returns To Panorama Bar This Friday, September 10th!

Kompaktorama returns to Berlin's Panorama Bar this Friday, September 10th with one of its most eclectic (and exciting) lineups ever! Geo will be warming things up - a longstanding Cologne talent who knows more about music than most due in part to being usually found behind the counter in the Kompakt record store. London based Walls debut album was described by NME as "Feeling as fresh as Boards Of Canada, cLOUDDEAD and Spiritualized did at their inceptions this is the must-have OST for intronauts everywhere." - their live show is not to be missed. Jatoma are a mysterious trio from the north that are certainly Kompakt's most inventive (and youngest) acts. The facts about them is unclear but their music certainly isn't! This will be their first live show EVER. Kompakt ringleader Michael Mayer returns to Berlin after almost a year and hot on the heels of his new DJ mix Immer 3 - need we say more? Bringing in the new day and opening the shutters will be Ivan Smagghe. He remains clearly one of the most talented DJ's out there thanks to his eccentric style and musical musings which has earned him top ranking status. It's a huge pleasure to have him on board for Kompaktorama!
